Dr. Omar B. Da’ar , principle Research Officer
Dr. Dr. Omar B. Da’ar, Ph.D. holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. He currently is an Adjunct Associate Professor at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Dr. Da’ar does research in Microeconometrics of Health issues, focusing on Health Services Research, cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, and cost-utility analyses of public health and medical interventions, policies, and programs. He has over 30 per reviewed publications (original articles, reviews, and proceedings) in reputable ISI journals. His most recent publications appeared in Health Services Research (BioMed Central); Epidemiology & Infection (Cambridge University Press); Evaluation & Program Planning; Infection and Public Health (All Elsevier); Biomed International Research; Medical Systems; Medical Teacher (F & Tailor) among other ISI journals.
