Dr.  Hassan Mohamed Jimale

Hassan Mohamed Jimale graduated with a BSc degree in Biology (major) and Chemistry (minor) from Lafole University Somalia. He later completed a MSc degree in medical entomology and Vector control in field research in Giohar Middle Shabelle region, Somalia. He completed another MSc in Medical Physiology in Turkey. His professional experiences since June 2001-2003 are as follows: Biology teacher in Kaakuma Refugee Secondary School (Kenya). Since 2010-to present, he has been working on National Malaria Control Programs MoH, Somalia. Some of the research topic that he has worked on include “Determine the Factors Affecting the Incidence of Urinary Bilharziasis in Giohar town and to Assess the Underlying Causes of Bilharzia Incidences in the (Middle Shabelle Region of Somalia 2013). Currently he teaches Biology to the Under-Graduate Students at the School of Public Health and Research, at Somali National University (SNU).
