Abdi Qani is the secretary General for the Commission of Higher education, his work focuses on, inter alia, higher education management-cum-quality assurance, curriculum development and environmental issues. He earned his first degree at the Somali National University, and he did his PhD and worked as a tutor in department of Biochemistry of University of Glasgow.
